The Executive Committee operates under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer and shares responsibility for the deployment of CPT's strategy and policies, and the achievement of its objectives and results.

• Proficient in developing and implementing nutrient regiments for both soil-based and hydroponic systems.
  
• Fluent in creating plant scheduling and work flow organization to precisely project all facility needs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  
• Well versed in industry technologies, techniques and nutrients.​
